    1. Electrophoresis production line process overview:
     In the early stage of electrodeposition treatment, all kinds of dirt (oil, rust, oxide scale, welding slag, metal chips, etc.) attached to the surface of the coated object should be cleaned first. All kinds of cleaning systems should include at least three steps: pre-degreasing, degreasing and washing.
    1. Pre-degreasing: It is to manually wipe or spray degreasing agent on the surface of the workpiece, prepare for the next degreasing station, and keep the surface of the workpiece wet to prevent the loose dirt from drying again, because if the removal is not clean, it will lead to the appearance of the phosphor layer.
    Degreasing: Usually degreasing is carried out by immersion or spraying after pre-degreasing. The working solution is an alkaline solution containing a variety of surfactants, and its concentration, temperature, treatment time and spray pressure are recommended by the supplier. Working fluid can be recycled, but should be equipped with oil-water separation system to ensure that the oil content in the degreasing fluid is below the specified value.
    At present, there are physical membrane (CUF) separation method and heating U-tube mechanical pen oil device commonly used for oil-water separation. In front of the oil-water separator must be equipped with triple bag filtration, strong magnetic filtration, microporous membrane filtration system.
    Phosphating: dip or spray method, the working solution is zinc, manganese, nickel compound phosphating solution, its concentration, temperature, treatment time and spray pressure recommended by the supplier. Working fluid can be recycled, should be equipped with high-level slag tank and continuous filter press to keep the tank liquid clean.
    4, washing: pickling, degreasing, phosphating, into the washing, mainly to clean off the workpiece surface residual degreasing, phosphating agent and attachments. Washing can be carried out by spraying or immersion, using circulating clean water cleaning, continuous production, should maintain a certain amount of overflow to control the pH value of clean water and alkaline cleaning agent concentration, so that the workpiece surface is completely cleaned.
